About Us
HISTORY
Founded
by Harold H. Singer, SINGERProperties has a fifty year
tradition of developing retail, industrial and
residential real estate throughout Ohio. Some of the
primary achievements include development of land for
Panasonic’s 1,000,000 square foot electronics plant in
Troy, Ohio, as well as the initial development for the
Honda Motors facility in Troy, Ohio. Additionally, the
Company has been involved in the ownership, leasing and
management of a number of shopping centers. SINGERProperties has significant experience in many facets of
construction and real estate development. Over the last
five decades, the Company has land-banked large tracts
of real estate on major interstate highway interchanges,
near urban centers. These tracts have now matured and
are positioned as prime in-fill sites. Each site is ripe
for the development of retail and residential uses and
has attracted the most recognized national retailers and
local builders.
